See, this article’s funny, because the first time I heard Andrew Bird’s new album, it was live at a surprise show in Brooklyn. And that’s the way I would recommend it.
The show was announced the night before and not knowing what I was in for, I was pretty stoked when Andrew took the stage and announced that he was going to play the entire new album for us. The last time I saw him, there were 12,000 people in the audience. Last night there were only about 350.
Tickets went on sale at 12:00. It’s 12:05, but I got one. Now I’ll just sit her patiently for 4 months.
